2002 saw the launch of 'Friends of The Water Rats' and very successful it is proving too. You get a membership card plus an informative and entertaining newsletter six times throughout the year. Plus special discounts on some of our functions and shows and occasional special offers on Rat merchandise.

We are also looking at the possibility of a special 'Friends' luncheon which will, hopefully, become an annual event. A nominal charge will include lunch in 'The Water Rats' pub in the Gray's Inn Road, London; a viewing on the big screen of some of our archive video footage; a talk on the Rats by one of our Past Kings and a guided tour around our Lodge Room. Other exciting and innovative ideas are in the pipeline.

Membership of the Friends is £50 per annum per couple (living at the same address!) and £30 per annum for a single member. The cost to join has remained the same since 2002!
