A birthday celebration luncheon for Sir Norman Wisdom OBE held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London W2 on 18th February 2005.

King Rat Melvyn Hayes took to the stage to pay his own tribute and said, "I'm very happy and very thrilled to think that, as King Rat for 2005, my first function is a Water Rat's birthday. But not just a Water Rat, a special Water Rat, and not just a special Water Rat but a special Water Rat's ninetieth birthday. All Rats functions are special but this one has such a unique, wonderful atmosphere that it makes me feel very proud."
